What is ICE Tracer?

ICETracer.com is a Personal Health Record System that allows members to add, edit and store lifesaving emergency contact and medical information.

Do you ever worry that in the event of an unforeseen accident, your personal medical information will not be available to First Responders? Have you been in a situation where emergency medical services were unable to identify you or notify your loved ones of your condition? Then you need a quick, fast, convenient solution. With the ICE Tracer card, First Responders will have access to your personal health record, as well as the accessibility to contact your family to alert them of your current situation and condition.

ICE Tracer is identified as a guaranteed way to access your vital personal health information. Each ICE Tracer card includes urgent emergency information, a QR code that can be scanned by any smartphone and your personal member ID number.  By scanning the QR code or inputting your member ID number, First Responders, EMTs, nurses or any responding medical personnel are taken to your personal profile page where they learn necessary medical and emergency contact information. Members use ICETracer.com to add, edit and store their emergency contact information along with vital medical conditions like allergies, pre-existing conditions, medications and hospitalizations.

Reduce confusion, increase response time and minimize risk, all with the help of a single simple tool.  When it comes to your health and safety, you deserve the best.

  • My Account

ICE Tracer allows you to store, update and access your personal health records. Upon registration you will be designated a personal Membership ID # that is embedded into a QR Code. When scanned, First Responders will be able to access your vital health information. Once logged in you will be able to enter personal information, emergency contacts, physicians, insurance details and add family members to your account.

  • Medical History

Alert First Responders of allergies, pre-existing conditions, and other pertinent information necessary to provide you the most appropriate medical care.

  • Medications

Knowledge of your current medication intake is important information. It is necessary that First Responders know your current intake to prevent the administration of an emergent med that would be contraindicated. You will have the ability to add any medications that you are currently taking in detail as prescribed by your doctor.

  • Hospitalizations

Hospitalizations are important to make medical staff aware of your past health history. Documenting past medical history provides First Responders and medical staff with information, leading them to provide the most proficient medical attention necessary. You will have the ability to add any previous hospitalizations in detail.

  • Medical Images

Store, view and download your medical images into your own library for easy access in one location, improving your continuity of care.

  • Labs

Lab results may be entered into your personal health record with immediate access available. ICE Tracer gives you the ability to attain lab test results at all times. In the event you change physicians, access ICE Tracer where your personal health record labs are accessible.

  • Advance Directives

ICE Tracer provides you with the ability to store legal documents, including Advance Directives, Power of Attorney and Power of Estate.

  • View Profile

This feature allows you to view what First Responders will see upon scanning your QR Code or inputting your Member ID#.
